In my effort to try to live a healthier lifestyle and save more, I have started making some subtle adjustments in my buying and consuming habits. It is not an easy task. In fact, most people are probably under the impression that you have to spend more to eat healthier. This is not necessarily the case.
After reading a number of blogs about the benefits of pea protein and the negative side effects of many leading protein brands, I set out to find a good pea protein that would suit my needs. Fortunately, thanks to this handy resource, I was able to find an affordable pea protein supplement that was cheaper than my old whey protein.
The best part about pea protein is that there are so many side benefits. It is more of a super food than a pure protein supplement. That said, it will be interesting to see how it measures up in terms of muscle building capability. I will keep you all updated as to what I find out.
